The Chorus of Westerly and Festival Orchestra present Edward Elgar's masterpiece The Dream of Gerontius guest conducted by acclaimed British conductor David Hill, MBE. The concert will be offered twice—in Providence, RI in the Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul on Fenner Street on Saturday, April 18, 2026, 7:30 pm, and on Sunday, April 19, 2026, 3 pm in the George Kent Performance Hall, 119 High St, Westerly, Rhode Island.

Part one of the performance is approximately 35 minutes and part two is approximately 65 minutes. There will be no formal intermission, but a brief pause between the two works. We recommend you block at least two hours for the performance if you are making post-event plans. Tickets are required for either performance. Please ensure you are purchasing tickets to the correct concert in the correct location.
